- Implementing the ERP system for new customers
- Carrying out ERP follow-up projects for existing customers
- Analyzing and designing business processes and specifications
- Customizing reports and lists with SQL
- Developing product configurations and price calculations
- Data transfer from existing systems or other sources
- Training of the customers' employees
- Analyzing problems and bugs at the customer and develop possible solutions
- Pre sales support: presenting the software for customers and interested parties on-site or on fairs
- Continuously developing the business processes to implement the software
- Participating in the improvement process of the software
